Mark Vletter is a rebel with a cause and founder of a few fast growing companies, like Voys, Spindle/ VoIPGRID. He fights for an open and free internet. About 12 years ago, Mark Vletter developed a product that radically changed the telecom world: telephony in the cloud. They brought the innovative product to the market under the name Voys. Today, Voys has over 50 employees, has offices in three countries and is thé cloud telecom provider for over 13.000 companies in NL, BE, DE and South Africa. The cloud telephone exchange has developed further in Devhouse Spindle.
In 2003, Mark has set up the 48percent.org foundation to ensure that the last 48% of the world’s population also has unlimited access to modern communication. Both Voys and Devhouse Spindle work according to the principles of Holacracy, where there are no managers and everyone is their own boss. Besides that, Mark Vletter is also a keynote speaker, blogger and columnist about working without managers & job description (Voysmodel / Holacracy), digital transition and entrepreneurship.
